近期，沈陽(yáng)藥科大學(xué)孫進(jìn)教授團(tuán)隊(duì)、羅聰教授團(tuán)隊(duì)與新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)陳小元教授團(tuán)隊(duì)共同合作在美國(guó)化學(xué)會(huì)旗下期刊《ACS nano》（IF=17.1）上發(fā)表題為“Self-Adjuvanting Polyguanidine Nanovaccines for Cancer Immunotherapy”（用于癌癥免疫治療的自我輔助聚胍納米疫苗）的研究。在這項(xiàng)工作中，研究團(tuán)隊(duì)通過(guò)不同的胍基基序修飾支鏈聚乙烯亞胺（PEI）來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)聚胍（PolyGu）自佐劑納米疫苗載體，并使用蛋白和mRNA抗原制備納米疫苗以探索其免疫活性。使用卵清蛋白（OVA）作為模型抗原，通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的混合過(guò)程制備納米疫苗，并研究了它們對(duì)腫瘤免疫治療的體外和體內(nèi)影響。結(jié)果表明，胍修飾顯著增強(qiáng)了PEI的安全性，有效激活樹(shù)突狀細(xì)胞（DC）并促進(jìn)其成熟。此外，研究團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)一步探索了多胍材料作為 mRNA 疫苗載體的潛力，也取得了良好的反饋。
