近期，青海省人民醫(yī)院趙強強團隊在Molecular Cancer（IF=27.7）上發(fā)表題為“Unveiling the PDK4-centered rituximab-resistant mechanism in DLBCL: the potential of the “Smart” exosome nanoparticle therapy.”的研究。彌漫性大B細胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）中利妥昔單抗（rituximab）耐藥的關(guān)鍵機制主要涉及PDK4對CD20表達的負調(diào)控。研究團隊發(fā)現(xiàn)，PDK4通過磷酸化HDAC8調(diào)節(jié)CD20表達，導(dǎo)致利妥昔單抗耐藥。為此，團隊開發(fā)了一種外泌體納米顆粒復(fù)合物，通過靶向PDK4/HDAC8/CD20途徑有效克服耐藥性，為DLBCL患者的治療提供了新的策略。
該項研究中，使用了欣博盛生物（NeoBioscience Technology Co, Ltd）的Mouse TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-12和IL-6 ELISA Kits，用于檢測樣本中相關(guān)指標的含量。
