乳酸(LA)的過(guò)量產(chǎn)生可能發(fā)生在運(yùn)動(dòng)期間或者許多疾病中，例如癌癥中。個(gè)人伴有高乳酸血癥的患者常表現(xiàn)為貧血、血清鐵減少以及一種鐵代謝關(guān)鍵調(diào)控因子—鐵調(diào)素（hepcidin）升高。然而，目前尚不清楚乳酸是否以及如何調(diào)節(jié)鐵調(diào)素的表達(dá)。最近，中國(guó)科學(xué)院生態(tài)環(huán)境科學(xué)研究中心在期刊《Cell Metabolism》（IF=29）上發(fā)表題為“Lactate modulates iron metabolism by binding soluble adenylyl cyclase.”的文章，展示乳酸與正常肝細(xì)胞中的可溶性腺苷酸環(huán)化酶(sAC)結(jié)合，并影響正常肝細(xì)胞中的全身鐵穩(wěn)態(tài) 上調(diào)小鼠鐵調(diào)素的表達(dá)。全面的體外、體內(nèi)和計(jì)算機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)表明 LA-sAC相互作用提高了環(huán)磷酸腺苷(cAMP)水平，從而激活PKA-Smad1/5/8信號(hào)通路，增加鐵調(diào)素轉(zhuǎn)錄。同時(shí)在野生型小鼠和鐵穩(wěn)態(tài)紊亂的小鼠中驗(yàn)證了這一調(diào)節(jié)軸。LA也調(diào)節(jié)人體靜息狀態(tài)下和經(jīng)受大量運(yùn)動(dòng)條件下的鐵調(diào)素。該研究將高乳酸血癥與缺鐵聯(lián)系起來(lái)，為運(yùn)動(dòng)員和乳酸酸中毒患者的貧血提供了一個(gè)全新的機(jī)制的闡述。
本文中使用了欣博盛Human IL-6（快速檢測(cè)） and CRP ELISA kit and Mouse IL-6 ELISA kit（快速檢測(cè)）檢測(cè)了血清樣本中目標(biāo)蛋白的含量。
