炎癥反應(yīng)是機體對損傷作出的一種保護性反應(yīng)，其目的是將損傷源破壞、稀釋并清除，但與此同時也會引起不同程度的自身組織損傷。現(xiàn)有的抗炎藥，如皮質(zhì)類固醇和糖皮質(zhì)激素等，一般都有副作用，并會在炎癥組織中蓄積。四川大學(xué)王云兵教授團隊將潑尼松龍(Pred)通過ROS敏感鍵與雙光子熒光團(TP)橋接形成診斷治療化合物TPP，然后由兩親性聚合物PMPC-PMEMA(PMM)通過自組裝加載進核殼結(jié)構(gòu)的膠束(TPP@PMM)。TPP@PMM可以通過水腫組織實現(xiàn)在炎癥部位的積聚，并通過對局部過表達的ROS的系列反應(yīng)來準(zhǔn)確釋放抗炎藥物。此外，由于AIE活性熒光團TP，TPP @ PMM可以在體內(nèi)以獨特的雙光子高分辨率成像對炎癥進行追蹤。TPP@PMM作為急慢性炎癥治療的潛在策略，具有相當(dāng)大的前景。該研究成果以 ”Reactive Oxygen Species Responsive Theranostic Nanoplatform for Two-Photon Aggregation-Induced Emission Imaging and Therapy of Acute and Chronic Inflammation” 為題，發(fā)表在國際權(quán)威期刊《ACS Nano》上。
本文中使用了欣博盛Mouse IL-1β和TNF-α ELISA試劑盒，檢測了RAW 264.7細胞培養(yǎng)上清，小鼠支氣管肺泡灌洗液及小鼠關(guān)節(jié)組織和主動脈組織樣本的炎性細胞因子含量。 以下是欣博盛品牌產(chǎn)品5月SCI文獻引用整理：
