有臨床證據(jù)表面懷孕期間發(fā)生的生理和免疫變化與感染和敗血癥期間疾病惡化的結(jié)果有關(guān)，但這些關(guān)聯(lián)是如何加劇炎癥的發(fā)展還沒有被研究過。最近，南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)的研究團(tuán)隊在期刊《Immunity》（IF=43.474）上發(fā)表題為 “ Pregnancy-induced changes to the gut microbiota drive macrophage pyroptosis and exacerbate septic inflammation. ” 的文章，該研究使用抗生素治療和糞便微生物轉(zhuǎn)移，證明膿毒癥易感性是由妊娠誘導(dǎo)的小鼠和人類腸道微生物組的變化驅(qū)動的。綜合多組學(xué)和基因工程細(xì)菌揭示，懷孕期間Parabacteroides merdae (P. merdae)（副擬桿菌科(擬桿菌科)）數(shù)量減少導(dǎo)致芒柄花素(Formononetin，F(xiàn)MN)減少和巨噬細(xì)胞死亡增加。從機(jī)制上證明，F(xiàn)MN通過抑制hnRNPUL2的核積累和隨后與NLRP3啟動子的結(jié)合來抑制巨噬細(xì)胞的核下垂。用FMN治療或敲除鼠hnRNPUL2可預(yù)防膿毒性炎癥。P. merdae和FMN的腸道豐度與膿毒癥患者的進(jìn)展呈負(fù)相關(guān)。該篇文章研究成果揭示了微生物免疫軸在妊娠膿毒癥宿主中被破壞，突出了FMN-hnRNPUL2-NLRP3軸在為膿毒癥的治療提供有前景的策略和潛力。
本文中使用了欣博盛Mouse IL-18, IL-1β和 IL-6 ELISA kits檢測了血清樣本中這些細(xì)胞因子的含量。
